Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Dubai is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join the luxury hospitality team at One&Only The Palm. The role requires handling guest service with attention to detail in a high-end setting on Palm Jumeirah.

Candidates should have 2–3 years of upscale hospitality experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure. GCC experience is an advantage, with opportunities to contribute to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale luxury hospitality is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
• GCC/Middle East experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to guests at the restaurant.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
• Work well individually and as part of a team with service and kitchen staff.
• Listen to and respond to guest needs and feedback.
• Follow hygiene procedures and food & beverage regulations.
• Know the wine, food, and beverage menus to support smooth service.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures as trained.
• Escalate guest issues to management when needed.
