One&Only The Palm in Dubai is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the culinary team in a luxury, high-volume resort environment. You will oversee a designated kitchen section, ensuring high-quality dishes, precision in mise-en-place, and strict hygiene standards while supporting a positive, collaborative team culture.

The role requires 2–4 years in an upscale 5-star setting, solid culinary knowledge, excellent communication, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in upscale 5-star hotel or resort kitchen.
• Strong culinary knowledge and kitchen operation understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate across the kitchen brigade.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to set standards.
• Assist with menu items and daily specials creation.
• Monitor stock, minimize waste, and maintain hygiene and safety in your section.
