Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) seeks an experienced Head Waiter for L’Amo Bistrò del Mare, our upscale Italian seafood restaurant at Dubai Harbour Yacht Club. You will lead the assigned section, ensure polished, attentive service, and coordinate with kitchen, bar, sommelier and reception teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in luxury hospitality, previous Head Waiter or Senior Waiter roles, and strong knowledge of fine-dining service and wine pairing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant food and beverage service experience.
• Previous experience as Head Waiter, Senior Waiter, Chef de Rang or Restaurant Captain.
• Experience in luxury, fine-dining or high-volume standalone restaurant.
• Italian, seafood or Mediterranean restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fine-dining service standards and basic wine pairing.
• Experience supervising and training a service team.
• Excellent communication, grooming and guest-engagement skills.
• Previous UAE or GCC experience would be an advantage.
