Job summary

RAMOS REAL ESTATE DUBAI is seeking a Head of Video to own the brand’s visual identity from concept to final cut. You will shoot luxury real estate content, craft the narrative, and produce 20+ videos monthly in collaboration with the marketing team.

You’ll edit using Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut, and you’ll need to confidently shoot with mirrorless gear and drones. Dubai-based, flexible work arrangement offered to balance shoots and remote editing.

Qualifications

• Strong showreel with real estate, luxury, architecture or lifestyle content.
• Advanced editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
• Confident shooting with mirrorless cameras, gimbals and audio equipment.
• Sharp eye for storytelling, pacing and social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on time.

Responsibilities

• Own video style and direction across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Shoot property tours, off-plan launches, show units, drone and lifestyle footage in Dubai.
• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos with voice-overs, motion graphics and captions.
• Deliver a monthly plan of 20+ finished videos with the marketing team.
• Track performance data and use insights to improve content each month.
• Achieve 20+ finished videos monthly and turn around edits within 48 hours of shoots.

We're hiring: Head of Video – Ramos Real Estate Dubai

Lead the visual identity of a growing real estate and property tech group.

For four years, Ramos Real Estate has helped clients invest in Dubai property, with a strong focus on off-plan projects and international buyers, especially from Nigeria. We're growing fast alongside our sister company, Expert Listing, a property platform built for Nigeria.

We're looking for a talented video editor and shooter to own our content from idea to final cut. This isn't a "shoot what you're told" role. You'll shape how our brand looks, sounds and feels across every platform.

What you'll own

• Our video style and direction across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook
• Shooting property tours, off-plan launches, show units, drone and lifestyle footage across Dubai
• Editing high-quality short-form and long-form videos, including faceless content with voice-overs, motion graphics and captions
• A monthly plan of 20+ finished videos, created with our marketing team
• Tracking what performs and using the data to improve each month's content

What success looks like

• 20+ finished videos delivered every month
• Edits turned around within 48 hours of a shoot
• Content that grows our reach, engagement and buyer enquiries month on month
