Job summary

KENSINGTON Dubai is seeking an experienced video editor to turn luxury property footage into compelling content for Instagram, YouTube, and paid social ads.

You will apply advanced DaVinci Resolve color grading, craft platform-native edits, and leverage AI tools to speed up scripting, upscaling, captions and versioning while maintaining a luxury brand look.

Qualifications

• Real estate content experience. You have edited property content before and understand how luxury property is sold on video.
• Advanced DaVinci Resolve skills, including professional colour grading.
• Working knowledge of AI content tools and how to produce more, faster, without losing quality.
• A clear grasp of short-form storytelling, pacing and what performs on social
• A portfolio that proves all of the above

Responsibilities

• Edit property tours, launch videos, agent branding content and paid social ads from first cut to final export
• Colour grade every piece to one consistent luxury standard that matches the KENSINGTON brand
• Cut platform-native content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube and Meta ads, with a hook in the first 3 seconds
• Use AI across the workflow: scripting, voiceovers, upscaling, B-roll generation, captions, versioning, and turning long-form into short-form
• Work with the marketing team, agents and our in-house videographer to plan shoots and turn briefs into finished content
• Run multiple projects at once and hit every deadline
• Support on-site filming when needed

KENSINGTON Dubai is a luxury real estate advisory brand with 28 years in market and offices across the UAE, UK, Spain, Switzerland and Germany. Our Dubai office is building a content engine that sells high-value property to international investors. We need an editor who can turn raw footage into content that stops the scroll and builds trust in the same frame.

What you will do

• Edit property tours, launch videos, agent branding content and paid social ads from first cut to final export
• Colour grade every piece to one consistent luxury standard that matches the KENSINGTON brand
• Cut platform-native content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube and Meta ads, with a hook in the first 3 seconds
• Use AI across the workflow: scripting, voiceovers, upscaling, B-roll generation, captions, versioning, and turning long-form into short-form
• Work with the marketing team, agents and our in-house videographer to plan shoots and turn briefs into finished content
• Run multiple projects at once and hit every deadline
• Support on-site filming when needed

• A consistent KENSINGTON Dubai visual look across every video we publish
• A repeatable weekly publishing rhythm across our social channels
• Ad creative variations in market, tested against hook and watch time

Must have

• Real estate content experience. You have edited property content before and understand how luxury property is sold on video. Non-negotiable.
• Advanced DaVinci Resolve skills, including professional colour grading. You will be asked to show graded work.
• Working knowledge of AI content tools and how to produce more, faster, without losing quality (Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Topaz, CapCut AI or similar)
• A clear grasp of short-form storytelling, pacing and what performs on social
• A portfolio that proves all of the above

Nice to have

• Videography: camera operation, lighting, audio, composition
• Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (motion graphics, titles, VFX)
• Sound design and audio mixing
• Paid ad creative with measurable results
• Dubai or GCC market experience
