Job summary

Huaxin Real Estate is seeking a skilled videographer to plan shoots and edit professional video content for property listings and campaigns in Dubai.

You'll produce short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms while capturing walkthroughs, agent videos, and promotional material.

Lead the end-to-end production from concept to delivery, using cameras, lighting, and editing tools, and collaborate with marketing teams to ensure on-brand content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
• Experience with real estate, property, architecture, lifestyle, or corporate content is an advantage.
• Proficiency with professional cameras and video equipment.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to different property locations across Dubai when required.
• UAE experience is preferred.

• Manage the complete video production process from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery.
• Operate professional cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals and other video equipment.
• Edit footage using professional software and add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles and graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop creative content ideas.
• Maintain an organized library of video footage and project files.
• Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand identity and professional standards.
• Stay updated with current social media video trends and real estate content formats.
