Job summary

The Virmani Group in Dubai is seeking a full-time Videographer & Video Editor to own content across all brands. You will shoot, edit and deliver polished content that builds trust with high-net-worth clients and drives leads on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Based at our Business Bay office, you will produce brand films, testimonials, explainers, ads and event coverage using Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with motion graphics in After Effects and precise color/sound work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience for brands, agencies or creators.
• Strong portfolio of short-form social content and longer brand pieces.
• Confident with cameras, lighting, and wireless audio.
• Advanced Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects skills preferred.
• Premium, clean aesthetics for luxury financial services.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) weekly (10-15 pieces).
• Produce brand films, client testimonials, explainers, ads and event coverage.
• Video interviews with CEO and consultants; talking-head and lifestyle content.
• Edit with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; add motion graphics and titles in After Effects.
• Handle colour grading, sound design, subtitles and platform exports.
• Manage lighting, audio and camera setups for in-office and on-location shoots.
• Organise footage libraries and maintain consistent visual style across brands.
• Collaborate with marketing on content calendars and trend adaptation.

The Virmani Group is a Dubai-based group of companies spanning citizenship by investment (TVG Citizenship by Investment), visa and travel services (Visaverza) and related ventures. We are hiring a full-time Videographer & Video Editor to own video content end to end across all our brands. You will shoot, edit and deliver polished content that builds trust with high-net-worth clients and drives leads on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 per month, based on experience. Employment visa and medical insurance provided. Based at our Business Bay office in Dubai.

What you will do

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) on a weekly schedule - typically 10-15 pieces per week
• Produce brand films, client testimonials, explainer videos, ads and event coverage
• Film the CEO and consultants on camera: interviews, talking-head pieces, office and lifestyle content
• Edit in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with motion graphics and titles in After Effects
• Handle colour grading, sound design, subtitles and platform-specific exports
• Manage lighting, audio and camera setup for in-office and on-location shoots
• Organise footage libraries and maintain a consistent visual style across brands
• Work with the marketing team on content calendars and react quickly to trends

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of professional videography and editing experience, ideally for a brand, agency or creator
• Strong portfolio of short-form social content and at least a few longer brand or testimonial pieces
• Confident with mirrorless or cinema cameras, gimbals, lighting and wireless audio
• Advanced Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; working After Effects skills
• Eye for premium, clean aesthetics suited to a luxury financial services audience
• Able to work fast and independently, own a shoot from concept to final export
• Based in the UAE or able to relocate immediately
• Bonus: photography, drone licence, Arabic or Russian language skills
