Job summary

haus & haus is seeking a Content Creator to join our Marketing team in Dubai. This hands-on role focuses on visual storytelling, coordinating with agents to produce content that builds personal brands—from property walkthroughs to market updates and day-in-the-life clips.

You will plan shoots, shoot and edit video and photos, and coach agents to deliver engaging on-camera performances. The ideal candidate understands short-form trends and can manage a busy shoot calendar.

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating video and photography content.
• Strong shooting and editing with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or equivalent.
• Confidence directing non-professional talent on camera.
• Solid understanding of short-form video trends and platform performance.
• Creative eye with strong visual judgement.
• Excellent organisation to manage a busy shoot schedule.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate or client-facing professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run regular content shoots with agents across Dubai.

What You ll Do

• Plan and run regular content shoots with agents across Dubai Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video including Reels TikToks and YouTube content Capture high-quality photography for agents listings and social media Direct and coach agents on camera to create natural confident and engaging content Build and manage a shoot calendar coordinating with agents and the wider Marketing team Work closely with Social and Web teams to deliver content aligned with monthly content plans Advise agents on personal branding content ideas and how to repurpose footage across their own channels

What You ll Need

• 2 years experience creating video and photography content Strong shooting and editing skills across video and photography using CapCut Premiere Pro Lightroom or similar Confidence directing non-professional talent and getting the best out of people on camera A strong understanding of short-form video trends social platforms and what performs A creative eye and strong visual judgement Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a busy changing shoot schedule Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience in real estate or a client-facing professional services industry is preferred Experience with Monday com or similar project management tools is an advantage Flexibility to shoot across Dubai including occasional early mornings or weekends
