• Master's degree in telecom, education or business; PhD preferred.
• 10+ years in telecom, focused on training, education or development.
• Proven track record leading training initiatives and departments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong budgeting, resource management and business development experience.
• Knowledge of UAE telecom regulations and KHDA.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital tools.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP or Six Sigma desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry stakeholders.

• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and laws relevant to the telecommunications sector in the UAE.
• Experience with learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and other digital tools.
• Certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or Six Sigma, are desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with a training institute or organization in the UAE or internationally.
• Fluency in multiple languages, including Arabic, English, and one other language spoken in the UAE.
