Job summary

Finstreet Capital is building a tokenized fund management vertical in ADGM. The Head of Operations will design and lead the operational backbone, covering fund operations, fund accounting, NAV oversight, liquidity management and on-chain settlement.

You will collaborate with Investment Management, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal and external service providers to launch and scale the practice, implement governance controls, and drive automation in a startup-regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• A relevant professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CPA, IMC or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fund operations and daily liquidity management, including NAV validation and subscriptions/redemptions.
• Act as operational lead for tokenization infrastructure and on-chain/funding workflows.
• Select, onboard and manage fund administrators, custodians, and tokenization platform providers; establish SLAs and KPIs.
• Design the operations framework, controls and governance to comply with ADGM/FSRA Fund Rules and inspections.
