TASC Outsourcing is seeking a seasoned Head of Service – Middle East to lead service operations across the region from the UAE. You will oversee planning, scheduling, and delivery to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will drive profitability, manage budgets and KPIs, develop the service team, and maintain strong relationships with major customers while aligning with the Managing Director’s strategy.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Service Management / Service Operations leadership.
• Strong people-management and team-development capability.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue, margins, KPIs, and performance targets.
• Strong customer-service and commercial orientation.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
