Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Head of Takaful Distribution for a 12-month contract in Dubai to lead GHNW Takaful distribution strategy and build relationships with distributors across the region.

The role requires 10 years in financial services, Takaful life insurance experience, and the ability to educate partners while collaborating with internal teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives. Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Financial Services industry.
• Takaful life insurance experience is a must.
• College degree: BA/BS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Takaful distribution.
• Build and execute on Takaful distribution strategy.
• Identify new distribution channels and partnerships.
• Position GHNW Takaful products effectively and run illustrations as required.
• Motivate distributors to sell GHNW Takaful solutions and design marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Distributors to identify market opportunities and address issues across departments.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies with educational materials for Distributors.
• Educate and train Distributors on GHNW Takaful products, underwriting and processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with GHNW distribution teams and internal staff.
• Work with internal departments to improve operational processes and observe GHNW improvements.
• Be a trusted resource and brand ambassador to all contracted Distributors.
