Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE invites an accomplished Director – Table Games to lead daily operations of all table games in a luxury casino environment. You will drive revenue, guest satisfaction, compliance, and staff development while collaborating with Surveillance, Security, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure flawless guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in gaming operations, 5+ in senior leadership, a bachelor’s in business or hospitality, and fluency in multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in gaming operations with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of table games operations, rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of all table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette, poker, specialty).
• Develop strategies to maximize revenue, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls and policies.
• Monitor performance, staffing, and floor coverage to optimize productivity.
• Recruit, train, and mentor table games staff with a culture of excellence and integrity.
• Collaborate with Surveillance, Security, Compliance, and Marketing for smooth operations.
• Handle guest relations and resolve escalated issues professionally.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
