Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading diversified oil & gas services group seeking an experienced Group General Counsel to provide strategic legal leadership from Abu Dhabi. You will serve as the principal legal advisor to the Board, Group CEO, and executive leadership, shaping governance and compliance across multiple entities.

Lead complex contracts, JVs, and cross-border transactions while advising on corporate structuring, regulatory matters, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); Master's degree (LLM) preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, governance, and cross-border matters.
• Experience leading legal teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and provide commercially focused advice.
