Job summary

ScalingCraft Solutions is hiring an SEO Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis for a remote, individual-contributor role. You will own end-to-end SEO for international clients, driving strategy through execution with minimal supervision. Immediate joiner is required.

You will manage SEO across On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and E-commerce domains, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and reporting. Strong focus on traffic growth, rankings, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on SEO experience.

• Practical Local SEO experience including GMB and E-commerce SEO.

Role Overview

We are seeking an SEO Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to independently own and drive SEO outcomes for our international clients. This is a remote individual-contributor role for a professional who can manage SEO end-to-end from strategy through execution with minimal supervision. We are only looking for an immediate joiner.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own the complete SEO lifecycle encompassing planning execution monitoring and reporting.
  
• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to international clients across diverse industries and markets.
  
• Execute On-Page Off-Page and Technical SEO activities in alignment with defined project objectives.
  
• Manage lead generation SEO projects with a clear focus on traffic growth keyword ranking improvements and conversion outcomes.
  
• Oversee Local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile (GMB) optimization alongside E-commerce SEO projects.
  
• Build and maintain a consistent quality-driven link-building pipeline.
  
• Monitor keyword rankings website traffic and technical SEO health on an ongoing basis addressing issues as they arise.
  
• Utilize Google Analytics Google Search Console and other relevant SEO tools to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
  
• Apply AI and automation tools effectively to support keyword research content planning analysis reporting and overall workflow efficiency.
  

Must-Have Requirements:
