Job summary

ScalingCraft Solutions is hiring an SEO Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis for a remote, individual-contributor role. You will own end-to-end SEO for international clients, driving strategy through execution with minimal supervision. Immediate joiner is required.

You will manage SEO across On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and E-commerce domains, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and reporting. Strong focus on traffic growth, rankings, and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Experience managing lead generation SEO projects.
• Practical Local SEO experience including GMB and E-commerce SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis and SEO strategy development.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools for SEO research and reporting.
• Ability to own projects and work independently.
• Willingness to work remotely using a personal device.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete SEO lifecycle from planning to execution and reporting.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies for international clients across markets.
• Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities aligned with project objectives.
• Lead generation SEO projects focused on traffic, rankings and conversions.
• Oversee Local SEO incl. GMB optimization and E-commerce SEO projects.
• Build and maintain a quality link-building pipeline.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, and technical health; address issues as they arise.
• Use GA, Search Console and other SEO tools to measure performance and drive improvements.
• Apply AI and automation to research planning, analysis, and reporting.
