The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable handling large budgets, and able to optimise campaigns using CPA, ROI and player value metrics. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience.
• Strong experience with Meta and Google Ads; TikTok/Snapchat or programmatic is a plus.
• Experience in iGaming or performance-driven vertical is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns across platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaigns based on CPA, ROI and conversions.
• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for scaling.
• Test creatives, audiences, landing pages and structures.
• Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics and acquisition teams.
• Stay updated with platform developments and industry trends.
