Job summary

Innovate Soft Technologies L.L.C. is seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to drive revenue growth across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on B2B SaaS and HRMS solutions, building strategic client partnerships and leading sales initiatives.

You will manage the full sales cycle, present and demo our HRMS/ERP offerings, and collaborate with product and marketing to optimize go-to-market strategies. UAE market experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equal in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years in B2B software/SaaS sales.
• Strong understanding of HRMS/ERP or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling in UAE/GCC market preferred.
• Ability to build and lead a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence in UAE & GCC.
• Build strategic client relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Lead GTM strategy, pricing models and channel partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, forecasting and reports.
