Job summary

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate seeks an Associate Director of Leasing to lead leasing across residential and commercial portfolios in the UAE. You will develop strategies, optimize occupancy, and drive revenue through pricing and tenant retention.

You will oversee Leasing and Leasing Administration teams, collaborate with Asset Management, Finance, and Legal, and ensure transactions comply with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of UAE real estate experience with residential and commercial leasing exposure.
• Proven track record delivering leasing revenue targets.
• Experience developing and implementing portfolio-level leasing strategies.
• Strong understanding of UAE property market dynamics and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall leasing strategy for residential and commercial portfolio.
• Lead leasing strategy to maintain occupancy and manage vacant units.
• Develop plans for new leasing, renewals, expansions, and tenant retention.
• Negotiate high-value and complex sales and leasing transactions.
• Manage end-to-end leasing transactions with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and develop Leasing and Leasing Administration teams.
