The ideal candidate has 18+ years leading recruitment and onboarding in large conglomerates, proven experience managing teams, and a track record of implementing best-in-class processes across functions and geographies in the UAE.

• The candidate should have over 18 plus years of experience in leading the talent acquisition and onboarding verticals in major conglomerate, with best-in-class recruitment and onboarding experience.
