Job summary

VentureOne Commercial Services seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to embed quality across product deliveries, driving continuous improvement and compliance. You will own the QMS, lead ISO 9001 activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure defect-free releases and customer satisfaction.

You will manage multiple projects, engage external vendors, and implement CAPA processes while coaching teams in quality tools and Six Sigma/Lean methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of quality management experience in innovation/industrial environments.
• Proven ISO 9001 QMS implementation and certification track record.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) preferred; ASQ CQE/CQM/CMQ/OE a plus.
• Experience bringing products from prototype to production with quality.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supply chain.
• Experience with external vendors and audits in quality requirements.
• Excellent project management and multi-workstream coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality strategies and QMS.
• Own ISO 9001 design, implementation, and audits, including certification cycles.
• Develop project quality plans and oversee quality across multiple deliveries.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and manufacturing engineers to embed quality.
• Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis (8D/5-Why/Fishbone) and drive CAPA.
• Establish supplier quality requirements and conduct supplier audits.
• Plan and conduct internal and manage external audits for compliance.
• Define and track quality KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Engage stakeholders and foster quality-driven culture.
• Deliver quality training and build organizational capability.
