Job summary

Milestones Pro FZ LLC in Ras Al Khaimah seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to own product and process quality across the production chain. You will drive ISO 9001 compliance, implement Six Sigma projects and lead data-driven problem solving to cut defects, rework, scrap and customer complaints.

The role requires building quality into every step, leading audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. A strong engineering background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality within manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in a Quality Manager role with full departmental responsibility.
• Proven record of implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 QMS and audits.
• Experience in gemstone/natural stone or related high-value material processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and continuously improve ISO 9001 QMS with manuals, policies and work instructions.
• Plan and lead internal audits, management reviews and certification audits.
• Develop and own process control plans and PFMEA for key processes.
• Identify CTQ characteristics and set control limits; define inspection procedures and sampling plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA; manage investigations and communicate actions.
• Lead Six Sigma projects to reduce variation and cost of poor quality.
• Build quality culture and act as main quality contact for management and auditors.
