Job summary

ACC Group is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Manager to establish and maintain the Project Quality Management System for construction activities. You will lead quality teams, oversee QA/QC tasks, and drive continual process improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, contract review, and systematic documentation control. You will coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure compliance and successful handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in the building construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, and construction quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Proven managerial and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in system implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Review contractual requirements and define interfaces and acceptance criteria related to inspection and testing activities, submittals, shop drawings, progress reporting, design changes, RFIs, payment certificates, and verification records.
• Incorporate contract and client quality requirements into the Project Quality Plan.
• Prepare system installation and implementation plans and ensure effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of Project Management System procedures.
• Define project management processes based on contractual and quality requirements and establish process sequences and interactions.
• Monitor, measure, and analyze project processes to evaluate effectiveness and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain defect and deviation logs and perform monthly trend analysis and corrective actions with project leadership.
• Supervise QA/QC staff, conduct weekly quality meetings, and review submittals for compliance.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Quality Reports and manage document control and handover documentation.
