Bamboo Card is seeking its first structured Head of Product to transition from founder-led momentum to an empowered, data-driven product powerhouse. Based in Dubai, you will architect the product vision, scale our API-first platform, and lead a team delivering global rewards, payments and embedded finance capabilities.

Lead the roadmap, unlock growth in fintech and loyalty, and drive enterprise integrations with external partners.

Qualifications

Proven track record as Head of Product or Director in fast-paced B2B SaaS/FinTech.
Deep experience building developer-facing, platform-centric products and complex enterprise integrations.
Able to transition from founder-led to structured, scalable org without losing startup speed.
Commercial hustle; balance technical debt with business velocity.

Responsabilités

Own the roadmap from vision to high-impact initiatives across core domains: catalog, rewards, payments, payouts, and integrations.
Scale our API-first platform to support millions of transactions globally and enterprise deployments.
Partner with Sales, Partnerships and Ops to deliver bespoke, seamless integrations.
Hire, coach and retain a high-performing product team and establish OKRs and continuous discovery.
Define product KPIs, implement data-driven prioritization, and drive delivery with engineering.
