Job summary

Bamboo Card in Dubai seeks an experienced Head of Product to transition from founder-led development to a data-driven, scalable product organization. You will own the product strategy for an API-first platform serving global brands and digital wallets, shaping roadmaps and driving enterprise deployments.

Lead a high-performance team, guide product discovery with data and customer insights, and partner with sales, partnerships, and operations to accelerate growth and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Head of Product or Director of Product in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS or FinTech environment.
• Deep experience building developer-facing, platform-centric products and handling complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong ability to transition a startup from founder-led product design to a structured, scalable organization while maintaining speed.
• Commercial focus: building products that impact business metrics and balancing technical debt with business velocity.

Responsibilities

• Architect the product vision and scale our API-first platform.
• Own and translate the company vision into actionable, high-impact roadmaps across core domains such as catalogue, rewards, payments, payouts, and integrations.
• Identify new growth opportunities in fintech, loyalty, and embedded finance.
• Scale the product engine: lead the evolution of our high-volume global B2B API-first platform, partnering with sales, partnerships, and ops to ship custom enterprise deployments and seamless partner integrations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team, recruiting, coaching, and establishing structure through OKRs and continuous discovery.
• Drive delivery in collaboration with a 40-60-strong engineering team to turn ideas into production-ready code.
• Measure what matters: establish feedback loops, define clear product KPIs, and use data and customer insights to prioritize ruthlessly.
