Amana Talent is seeking a Head of Product for Digital Platforms in Abu Dhabi to lead a portfolio of PropTech and FinTech platforms. You will set product strategy, build a high-performing product organisation and drive AI-enabled transformation across the product lifecycle.

You will report to the CEO, own the portfolio roadmap, and shape the team operating model, governance and decision-making to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in product management or digital product development, with 6–8+ years in senior leadership.
• 5+ years in PropTech and/or FinTech scale-ups.
• Track record leading product organisations and enterprise portfolios from strategy to measurable value.
• Strong commercial judgement: ROI, business cases and value realisation.
• Executive presence and ability to influence technical and non-technical leaders.

Aufgaben

• Set the product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap across multiple platforms.
• Lead a team of product managers and build a scalable operating model.
• Define and track portfolio KPIs across customer, commercial and operational results.
• Advise the CEO and executive team on opportunities, market shifts and risks.
• Shape how AI is adopted across discovery, delivery and decision-making.
