Amana Talent is seeking a Head of Product for Digital Platforms in Abu Dhabi to lead a portfolio of PropTech and FinTech platforms. You will set product strategy, build a high-performing product organisation and drive AI-enabled transformation across the product lifecycle.

You will report to the CEO, own the portfolio roadmap, and shape the team operating model, governance and decision-making to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management or digital product development, with 6–8+ years in senior leadership.
• 5+ years in PropTech and/or FinTech scale-ups.
• Track record leading product organisations and enterprise portfolios from strategy to measurable value.
• Strong commercial judgement: ROI, business cases and value realisation.
• Executive presence and ability to influence technical and non-technical leaders.

The opportunity

A well-established, well-funded technology business in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Head of Product, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own the product direction across a portfolio of digital platforms and build a product organisation that sets the bar for the region.

This is a senior leadership role with real authority. You'll set the strategy, make the portfolio-level calls and decide how AI changes the way the product function works, both in the products it ships and in how the team runs day to day.

What you'll own

Strategy and direction

• Setting the product vision and portfolio strategy, and turning business goals into a clear, outcome-focused roadmap.
• Deciding where investment goes, with every major initiative backed by a solid business case and Finance involved early.
• Defining portfolio KPIs and holding the organisation to them across customer, commercial and operational results.
• Advising the executive team on opportunities, market shifts and risks, and representing product with clients, partners and vendors.
• Running prioritisation across multiple products and platforms, weighing value, impact, dependencies, capacity and risk.
• Chairing roadmap and portfolio reviews and making open, well-reasoned trade-off decisions.
• Owning product budgets and third-party product spend, and stepping in when results fall behind.
• Setting the standards for discovery, delivery and lifecycle management.

Building the team

• Leading and developing a team of product managers who own outcomes end to end and write clearly.
• Building the operating model, governance and ways of working, plus a pipeline of future product leaders.
• Creating a culture that is decisive, data-led and focused on follow-through rather than firefighting.

AI and the future of product

• Deciding where AI should change discovery, delivery and decision-making, and reshaping team roles and skills to match.
• Setting the team's approach to AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop safeguards and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Separating real AI value from hype, working closely with technology and data leaders.

What you'll bring

• 15+ years in product management or digital product development, including at least 6-8 years in senior product leadership.
• 5+ years in PropTech and/or FinTech scale-ups.
• A track record of leading product organisations and enterprise-scale portfolios from strategy through to measurable value.
• Strong commercial judgement: business cases, ROI and value realisation, and knowing what to own yourself versus delegate.
• Real working knowledge of AI and experience shaping how a product function adopts it.
• Executive presence, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical leaders.
• A degree in engineering, computer science, business, economics or similar. An MBA, master's or product leadership certification is a plus.
