Job summary

Dubai Global Capital in Dubai is seeking an experienced, hands-on Head of Marketing to lead marketing across our real estate, property management and professional services projects. You will drive strategy, leadership and execution, collaborating with the CEO and sales to attract the right audience and generate quality leads.

The role requires German-speaking and English fluent, 5+ years in marketing, strong track record in lead generation, paid advertising, and conversion optimisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of marketing experience with leadership exposure.
• Proven track record delivering measurable lead generation, paid ads and conversions.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content strategy, email marketing and funnels.
• Experience with analytics, CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple brands.
• Leadership and clear accountability for results.
• German native or bilingual and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across our brokerage and projects for German-speaking and international audiences.
• Lead, support and develop the marketing team with clear priorities and targets.
• Own brand positioning, messaging and consistency across channels.
• Oversee content, social media, calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google with budgets and lead quality tracking.
• Oversee website content, SEO, newsletters, email campaigns and marketing automation.
• Coordinate property and project launches, webinars and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing with business priorities.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and suppliers for quality and timely delivery.
• Report on marketing performance with data-driven recommendations to the CEO.
