The Greater Change in Dubai seeks an Head of Marketing to lead strategy and performance across the corporate brand, project launches, and product campaigns. You will partner with the CMO and senior leaders to build differentiated brands, drive demand and support sales growth.

You will bring 360-degree marketing mastery, working with Creative, Sales, Development, Design and Technology to deliver integrated programmes and measurable outcomes for multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 12–15+ years of progressive marketing experience with 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven marketing leadership in a real estate development business, UAE market knowledge.
• 360-degree expertise across brand, campaigns, digital, CRM, content, PR, events and partnerships.
• Ability to link marketing investment to lead quality and sales progression.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual and long-term marketing strategies for the company and its portfolio.
• Translate plans into prioritized marketing investments and measurable objectives.
• Oversee market research to shape positioning and propositions.
• Direct brand development, naming, messaging for new projects.
• Own go-to-market planning for launches and cross-channel orchestration.
• Manage budgets, agencies and performance reporting.
