Job Title: General Manager – Wet Wipes Manufacturing

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000/month (based on experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our wet wipes manufacturing operations. The GM will oversee factory performance, drive growth, ensure operational efficiency, and expand market presence locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall factory operations, including production, logistics, procurement, and quality.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align production with targets and increase visibility.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and global partners.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, and optimize operational processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5–7 years’ experience in factory/plant management (FMCG, hygiene, or wet wipes manufacturing preferred).
• Proven track record in business development and international sales/exports.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.
• Hands-on experience in production, QA/QC, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication; knowledge of Arabic, French, or Spanish is a plus.

Preferred:

• Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• Knowledge of international compliance and export regulations.
• Expertise in launching new products and brand positioning.
