Qualifications

• 5+ years in housekeeping.
• 7+ years in housekeeping management.
• Experience in luxury/private residences.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all housekeeping operations across the property.
• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, disinfection.
• Manage daily housekeeping operations, staffing, scheduling, and tasks.
• Conduct daily briefings and meetings to communicate plans and feedback.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff to meet standards.
• Coordinate with Engineering for repairs and maintenance.
• Manage deep-cleaning programs year-round.
• Demonstrate professionalism and leadership at all times.
