Genius HRTech Services L.L.C - FZ - Dubai is seeking a Head of Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics and distribution centre operations for a high-volume FMCG/retail business in the GCC. The role requires strategic leadership, strong financial acumen, and a track record of improving service levels and cost efficiency.

You will oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

14+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
Experience leading large distribution centres or multi-site operations.
Strong WMS/ERP, inventory control, and data-driven decision making.
Budgeting, cost management, and financial understanding.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operations of distribution centres and logistics functions.
Develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with growth and customer needs.
Oversee warehouse operations, order fulfilment, inventory, and dispatch.
Manage transportation, delivery performance, and cost control.
Drive KPI tracking (OTIF, accuracy, productivity, utilisation) and continuous improvement.
Implement WMS optimisation, automation, and digital transformation.
Ensure compliance with HSE, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Manage budgets, manpower planning, and capex.
Build and lead high-performing logistics and warehouse teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain teams.
Identify risks and implement contingency and business continuity plans.
