Job summary

VirtuCruit LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead warehouse, distribution, fleet and logistics operations across the UAE and GCC. The role focuses on large-scale warehouses, 50+ staff, and cross-functional leadership to drive OTIF and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate will optimize inventory, collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance within FMCG and chemical distribution contexts. Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution operations.
Experience with FMCG and/or chemical distribution.
Experience managing large-scale warehouses (50,000+ sq ft) and 50+ operational staff.
Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, MD, Navision).
Knowledge of UAE/GCC logistics and customs processes.
Strong leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
English is required; Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end warehouse and distribution operations across the UAE and GCC, including inbound, storage, picking, dispatch and last-mile delivery.
Manage fleet, drivers, transportation, and last-mile delivery with strong OTIF performance.
Maintain inventory movement and ensure forecasting and replenishment alignment with Demand & Supply Planning.
Monitor and improve KPIs (OTIF, Order Fulfilment, On-time, delivery costs) and drive cost reduction.
Lead a large workforce of 50+ employees and develop team capabilities.
Ensure UAE/GCC compliance with warehousing, transportation, safety and regulatory requirements.
