Emirates Post Group in Dubai seeks a senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and rental yield across its commercial asset portfolio. You will develop pricing, tenant mix and renewal strategies while leading major commercial negotiations.

The role requires steering leasing activities, market mapping, tenant sourcing and negotiations, and coordinating with Finance on lease economics and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline; relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 8–12+ years of experience in UAE commercial/industrial real estate leasing and asset management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for commercial buildings and other assets.
• Lead major negotiations and guide the team on lease terms, renewals and occupancy.
• Monitor portfolio metrics and provide timely management reporting on performance.
• Oversee market mapping, source tenants and coordinate with finance on lease economics.
• Build relationships with tenants, brokers and internal stakeholders to close deals.
• Identify opportunities to monetize surplus space and reduce vacancies.
