Job summary

AW Connect Recruitment leads a premier residential leasing portfolio in Dubai, seeking a senior leasing leader who will drive occupancy and portfolio performance. You will guide the leasing team, review market conditions and participate in rental and renewal decisions, collaborating with property management, finance and other stakeholders to ensure sound commercial outcomes.

The role requires substantial UAE residential leasing experience, team leadership, and a deep understanding of Dubai

Qualifications

• 6–10 years UAE real estate experience, predominantly within residential leasing
• Experience at Leasing Manager, Assistant Leasing Manager or senior leasing level
• Track record managing a sizeable residential portfolio
• Prior responsibility for a leasing team
• Strong understanding of Dubai rental values and market dynamics
• Ability to demonstrate improvements in occupancy, rental performance or portfolio revenue
• Comfort working with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Dubai leasing regulations and processes; RERA/DLD credentials advantageous
• Commercial or industrial property exposure beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead the residential leasing function to maintain high occupancy and portfolio performance
• Guide the leasing team and review portfolio performance and market conditions
• Contribute to rental and renewal decisions and identify occupancy/tenant retention opportunities
• Collaborate with property management, facilities, finance and other stakeholders to keep leasing decisions sound
• Regularly analyse vacancies, renewals, market movement and rental performance with clear reporting to senior management
• May work across other property classes within the wider portfolio
