Job summary

Aldar Academies is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Leader to own the group’s physical and network technology foundation across multiple locations, directing outsourced managed services with on-site presence. The role focuses on reliability, security and cost discipline to support growth.

Responsibilities include managing data centers, networks, firewalls and connectivity, ensuring high availability, and coordinating with Cloud & DevOps on modernization while developing talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Master's degree preferable.
• Minimum 10+ years in infrastructure operations leadership.
• Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with networks, data centers, and group-scale infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation of networks, data centers, and connectivity across the Group.
• Direct outsourced IT infrastructure managed services and contracts.
• Ensure infrastructure resilience, security controls and disaster recovery execution.
• Drive modernization toward automation and cloud alignment with the Cloud & DevOps team.
• Maintain cost discipline and infrastructure cost transparency.
• Enforce group infrastructure standards across subsidiaries and coordinate with related teams.
