Job summary

The Management Recruitment Group is partnering with a diversified UAE-based group to appoint a Head of Facilities Management in Dubai. The role will lead and expand the FM operation, with full P&L ownership and direct involvement in pricing, tendering and mobilising external contracts.

We are seeking an experienced UAE FM leader with a strong track record in operations and commercial growth across mixed-use assets, residential, commercial or institutional sites.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of Facilities Management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Full P&L and budget responsibility.
• Proven experience winning or supporting third‑party FM contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated hard and soft FM services across the existing portfolio.
• Own FM budgets, revenue, profitability and performance.
• Develop and execute a third-party FM growth strategy.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Lead bids, tenders, pricing and commercial negotiations.
• Mobilise new contracts and ensure strong operational delivery.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, preventative maintenance and asset lifecycle planning.
• Lead FM and Security Services teams.
• Drive systems, CAFM utilization and operational controls.
• Maintain regulatory, QHSE and statutory compliance.

Job description

MRG is working with a diversified UAE-based group to appoint a leader to manage and grow its Facilities Management business.

The business currently provides Facilities Management services across an established internal portfolio of approximately 950 units, covering residential, commercial and education assets across Dubai and Sharjah.

The next stage is growth.

The incoming Head of FM will take full responsibility for the FM operation while developing the business into a credible external service provider. This will include P&L ownership, operational performance, business planning, client development, tendering, contract negotiation and mobilisation of new third-party contracts. Security Services will also sit within the remit.

The role requires someone who combines strong operational FM experience with genuine commercial capability. We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within established UAE FM service providers and can demonstrate direct involvement in winning, pricing and mobilising external contracts.

Key responsibilities will include:

You will likely bring:

• 12 to 15 years' Facilities Management experience.
• At least five years in a senior leadership position.
• Integrated hard and soft FM expertise.
• Full P&L and budget responsibility.
• Proven experience winning or supporting third-party FM contracts.
• Strong tendering, pricing and negotiation capability.
• Experience managing mixed-use, residential, commercial or institutional assets.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
