Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in the UAE seeks an senior FP&A leader to steer budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for its healthcare businesses in Dubai. You will drive performance analysis and support strategic decisions across multiple entities.

Ideal candidates bring 10–15+ years in finance with FP&A expertise, strong ERP skills (SAP), and fluency in Arabic and English. This role emphasizes governance, M&A support, and building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA/ACCA/CPA/CFA professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Drive performance reviews and identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimisations.
• Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for clinic expansions and investments.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence and business-case evaluation.
• Ensure robust governance, internal controls and compliance across healthcare division.
• Manage group reporting, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with executives to enable data-driven decision-making and strategy execution.
• Develop SOPs, DoA and financial policies to support operational excellence.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple entities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare sector and multi-entity finance operations.
• Exposure to M&A, due diligence, and integration projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all financial planning & analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Oversee monthly management reporting and financial performance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timely insights
• Drive business performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities and cost optimisation strategies
• Lead financial modelling and feasibility studies for new clinics expansions and investments
• Support and contribute to mergers, acquisitions and investment activities, including financial due diligence and business case evaluation (highly desirable)
• Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls and compliance frameworks across the healthcare division
• Manage group reporting, audit, tax and regulatory requirements
• Partner closely with executive leadership to deliver data-driven decision-making and strategy execution
• Develop and implement SOPs, DoA and financial policies to support operational excellence
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple entities
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Proven experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, or healthcare groups is required)
• Strong and demonstrable expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is essential
• Minimum 10–15+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles
• Experience managing multi-entity or group-level finance operations
• Highly desirable: Exposure to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), due diligence, and integration projects
• Experience supporting expansion strategies, new market entry, or investor-led growth environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred
