TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, control, reporting and regulatory compliance for hospital operations in the UAE. UAE hospital experience is mandatory for this role.

The role requires strong financial modelling, valuation skills, and leadership to drive efficiency, profitability and governance across a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum UAE hospital or healthcare group experience is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling and valuation.
• ACA/CA qualified.
• Proven experience in internal audit and ICoFR.
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations including VAT and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning for hospital operations.
• Develop and manage financial models, business cases and valuation analyses.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Oversee internal audits, ICFR and compliance with UAE regulatory standards.
• Manage statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Monitor revenue cycles, cost controls and operational financial performance.
• Provide leadership with financial insights to drive efficiency and profitability.

Job Purpose

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning control reporting and compliance for hospital operations ensuring strong governance regulatory adherence and support to strategic decision-making. UAE hospital experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting forecasting and long-term financial planning for hospital operations
• Develop and manage financial models business cases and valuation analyses
• Ensure accurate monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Oversee internal audits ICoFR and compliance with UAE regulatory standards
• Manage statutory audits and liaison with external auditors
• Monitor revenue cycles cost controls and operational financial performance

RequirementsMandatory Requirements

• Minimum 58 years of finance experience within UAE hospitals or healthcare groups (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in Financial Modelling & Valuation
• ACA / CA qualified
• Proven experience in Internal Audit and ICoFR
• Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations VAT and reporting requirements

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience with large hospital groups or multispecialty healthcare facilities
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycles insurance billing and payer mix analysis
• ERP exposure (Oracle SAP or healthcare financial systems)
