Job summary

NTS Group is recruiting a Head of Finance for the UAE to oversee the financial health of a regional healthcare provider. The role drives governance, strategic planning, and performance across all business units while partnering with the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/ACCA. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

We are currently partnering with a leading regional healthcare provider to recruit aHead of Finance based in the UAE. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation ensuring strong financial governance strategic planning and compliance across all business units. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the executive leadership team with insights that drive performance sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

What Youll be Doing

• Lead the financial strategy planning forecasting and analysis for the organisation.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations including budgeting reporting treasury and tax.
• Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making across key business initiatives and capital projects.
• Ensure robust financial controls policies and procedures are in place and adhered to in line with local and international standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning across the organisation.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership teams to align financial performance with overall strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with external auditors banks regulatory bodies and tax authorities.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems reporting and business processes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team promoting a culture of accountability development and operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 1015 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the healthcare medical or hospital sector is essential.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS financial modelling risk management and compliance.
• Proven experience in leading financial transformation and system implementation projects.
• Excellent strategic thinking stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Professional qualification (e.g. CPA CA ACCA); MBA or Masters in Finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
