This role is designed for candidates with proven FP&A experience in clinics, hospitals, or healthcare groups, where financial insight must be linked with operational drivers such as patient volumes, utilization, service performance, revenue cycle metrics, and multi-site healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles for healthcare operations, ensuring financial plans reflect business strategy, patient volumes, clinic utilization, and service expansion priorities.
• Track actual performance against budget and forecast, identify financial gaps, and prepare clear variance analysis for senior stakeholders.
• Build detailed financial models for clinic expansions, new medical services, investment cases, feasibility studies, and business improvement initiatives.
• Prepare ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning to support commercial decisions across the healthcare network.
• Work closely with finance, operations, clinical teams, and senior leadership to convert financial data into meaningful business insight.
• Analyze healthcare operating metrics including patient volumes, utilization, revenue cycle performance, service profitability, and multi-site clinic trends.
• Develop executive-level dashboards, planning packs, presentations, and financial reports for leadership reviews and strategic planning discussions.
• Improve FP&A governance, reporting accuracy, planning discipline, and process efficiency across the finance function.
• Use SAP, Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel, and other reporting tools to strengthen data visibility and decision support.
• Identify cost pressures, revenue improvement opportunities, operational risks, and performance trends affecting healthcare business results.
• Support financial planning for new services, clinic network growth, M&A-related reviews, and commercial business cases where required.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and ensure financial recommendations are practical, accurate, timely, and aligned with Al-Futtaim standards.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, financial planning, or a related role.
• Proven experience working in a healthcare environment is mandatory, including clinics, hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare groups.
• Strong hands‑on capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, and variance analysis.
• Experience supporting operations or business teams within a multi‑site environment.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build structured models, dashboards, and scenario‑based financial analysis.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with the ability to present data clearly for decision‑making.
• Understanding of healthcare KPIs including patient volumes, utilization, revenue cycle dynamics, service profitability, and clinic performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and practical problem‑solving ability.
