NTS Group is recruiting a Head of Finance for the UAE to oversee the financial health of a regional healthcare provider. The role drives governance, strategic planning, and performance across all business units while partnering with the executive team.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, and professional qualifications such as CPA/CA/ACCA. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Progressive finance leadership experience with strong governance and compliance.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, or hospital sector is essential.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and analysis for the organisation.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, treasury, and tax processes.
• Provide strategic financial input to support decision-making across key initiatives.
• Ensure robust financial controls and adherence to IFRS and international standards.
• Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning across the group.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial performance with strategy.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, regulators and tax authorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting and processes.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to promote accountability and excellence.
