Job summary

Eden Rose, a FSRA regulated Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) financial services firm, seeks a Head of Distribution to develop and execute the sales and distribution strategy for alternative investment products on the firm’s platform.

The role requires a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field, extensive experience in alternatives markets, and a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams, secure HNW client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a competitive financial landscape

Eden Rose is currently engaged with a FSRA regulated Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) financial services firm who are seeking a Head of Distribution to be responsible for developing and executing the sales and distribution strategy for alternative investment products offered on the firm’s platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relations & Business Development: Building and maintaining relationships with clients, prospecting and onboarding potential clients.
• Designing and implementing strategies to market the firm's offerings and personally closing sales.
• Originating ideas for new products, reflecting market demand
• Developing and executing a cohesive strategy for the distribution of products across various markets.
• Leading and managing the sales and distribution teams to achieve business objectives.

The Head of Distribution will possess a Master’s or bachelor’s degree in a related business field with extensive relevant work experience. You will have a thorough understanding of the products and market trends in the alternatives market (including private credit, private equity, venture capital and real assets). You will have proven experience in building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales and distribution teams, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. You will hold relationships with HNW principals and family offices and have a proven ability to develop and implement effective distribution strategies and identify key market opportunities. You will have a keen insight into current market trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes, ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for business growth and client acquisition. You will have proven ability to lead teams and drive significant business growth within a competitive financial landscape.
