Job summary

Women First Jobs is seeking a Head of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications & AI Strategy to drive the delivery, adoption, and value realization of enterprise-wide digital initiatives in Dubai.

You will lead SAP-enabled transformations, AI initiatives, and automation across functions, building governance, roadmaps, and a high-performing delivery team.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications, Program Delivery, or Business Transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to SAP environments (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAC/BDC, BTP) is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Low-Code platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide digital transformation programs across business functions.
• Drive implementation of technology solutions that improve business processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• Establish transformation governance, delivery frameworks, risk management, and reporting mechanisms.
• Lead enterprise application delivery and optimization initiatives, managing roadmaps, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Identify and implement AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation opportunities across business functions using workflow, low-code, RPA, and AI technologies.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to enable data-driven decision making.
• Partner with business leaders and manage relationships with implementation partners and technology vendors.
• Build and lead a high-performing transformation delivery team.

The Head of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Applications & AI Strategy will be responsible for driving the delivery, adoption, and business value realization of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role will lead enterprise applications, process transformation, automation, AI initiatives, and cross-functional business transformation programs to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
• Exposure to SAP environments (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAC/BDC, BTP) is highly desirable.
• Experience with AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Low-Code platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
