Job summary

DAG Group in Dubai seeks a Digital Platforms & Data Solutions Lead to drive digital transformation across our growing operations. You will own digital platforms, lead automation initiatives, manage technology partners, and develop data-driven business solutions that enhance customer experience and performance.

You will oversee Power Platform-based solutions, data analytics, and integrations with ERP/CRM systems, delivering actionable insights and governance across reporting and BI.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise digital platforms and analytics initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmap, releases, and user adoption.
• Develop and support Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse solutions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Coordinate integrations across ERP/CRM systems and third-party platforms.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platforms Ownership

• Manage customer-facing digital platforms including mobile applications, websites, and customer engagement solutions.
• Own platform roadmap, enhancements, releases, and user adoption.
• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and SLA compliance.

Power Platform & Automation

• Develop and support solutions using:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate
  • SharePoint Online
  • Dataverse
• Identify and implement workflow automation opportunities.
• Drive process optimization and operational efficiency.

Data & Analytics

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Support enterprise reporting, analytics, and data warehouse initiatives.
• Deliver actionable business insights through data visualization.
• Ensure reporting governance, data quality, and accuracy.

Integration Management

• Support integrations across ERP, CRM, HRMS, websites, mobile apps, and third‑party platforms.
• Work with APIs and middleware technologies.
• Contribute to Oracle Fusion reporting and integration initiatives.
