Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Strategy Business Development leader to shape and execute the Retail Digital Strategy and roadmap across regions. The role focuses on expanding brand presence, profitable growth, and aligning with group priorities through data-driven insights.

You will oversee Trade Operations and Financial Planning, manage digital platforms across MENA, drive omnichannel initiatives, and build a high-performing digital team to enable future growth and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail Management, Technology, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience within Digital Commerce, Omnichannel Retail, eCommerce, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
• Proven P&L accountability and ownership with strong analytical skills.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country Digital operations in a retail environment.
• Proven ability to drive growth, profitability and customer experience through digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Retail Digital Strategy and roadmap for business development.
• Expand brand presence and drive profitable growth aligned with group priorities.
• Identify digital trends across regions to keep the business innovative and competitive.
• Enhance customer experience, loyalty, personalization, and data-driven decision making.
• Build digital team capabilities and operating model to support growth.
• Manage digital platforms across multiple markets in the MENA region.
• Ensure digital merchandising excellence across online channels.
• Lead platform developments, upgrades and migrations to improve capability.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives and store-integrated digital experiences.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction indicators.
• Coordinate budgets and KPIs with Retail Ops, Merchandising, Finance and Logistics.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new markets and channels.
