Foreground is embarking on a significant digital transformation with e-commerce as a core growth pillar. The role sits in Dubai, on-site, within a UAE recruitment consultancy that partners with brands and agencies across the Gulf to place professionals in digital commerce roles.

You will own the online revenue, lead cross-functional teams across marketing, technology, product and fulfilment, and drive performance analytics to optimise conversions and profitability.

Formación

• Senior-level experience in e-commerce, digital platforms or online marketplaces.
• Experience scaling digital businesses in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Retail or consumer sector exposure advantageous.

• Building and scaling the organisations e-commerce and digital sales ecosystem.

• Driving profitability, data-driven decision-making, and platform scalability.

Experience Required:
