The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of experience in credit risk within the UAE financial services industry and significant experience in consumer and corporate credit.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in credit risk and underwriting within the UAE banking or financial services sector.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior credit leadership role.
• Strong expertise in consumer and corporate credit risk, portfolio analytics, and collections strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Credit Risk Management Framework.
• Define credit risk appetite and approval authority limits.
• Lead and participate in Credit Committee meetings.
