Job summary

Al Futtaim Finance is seeking a seasoned Credit Risk professional to develop and implement robust risk policies in the UAE. You will conduct in-depth analyses of corporate and retail credit applications, assess financial health, and monitor the risk portfolio for early warning signs.

The role requires 7–10 years in credit risk within the UAE, strong knowledge of local regulations, and professional certifications such as FRM/PRM/CFA are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive credit risk experience in UAE banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of UAE credit regulations, market dynamics, and economic indicators.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust credit risk policies and procedures tailored to the UAE market and Al Futtaim Finance's objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of credit applications for corporate and retail clients, assessing financial health, market risks, and collateral adequacy.
• Monitor and manage the existing credit portfolio, identifying early warning signs and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Design and oversee stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate impact of adverse economic conditions on the portfolio.
