Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is building a Creative Lab to shape how digital experiences look, feel and perform. You will lead a multidisciplinary team spanning product design, research, creative tech and AI to deliver distinctive experiences across web, apps and channels.

The role requires senior leadership with a track record in design systems, generative AI and Arabic-English content, plus a portfolio linking decisions to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in HCI, design, CS or related field.
• 12+ years in UX/UI, product design and digital creative.
• 5+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ownership of design systems in production.
• Experience scaling generative AI content pipelines with measurable gains.
• Portfolio linking decisions to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Lab: build and develop a multidisciplinary team across product design, research, creative tech, generative AI, social content and analytics.
• Establish reusable design components, tokens, and standards for English and Arabic experiences across web and mobile.
• Scale generative AI workflows for copy, imagery, video, voice and personalized content with strong review and safety controls.
• Create social-first content leveraging trends, creator partnerships and performance insights.
• Deliver personalized experiences across websites, apps, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Embed A/B/multivariate testing to improve conversion, engagement and cost efficiency.
